Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, including cash registers, coffee machines, and display areas.
- Provide friendly, personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Monitor inventory levels for café supplies (e.g., coffee beans, syrups, cups) and report shortages to management.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and food handling standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, Barista, or in a customer-facing retail/hospitality role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus).
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling procedures.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (e.g., espresso, latte art) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., coffee bags, supplies).
