Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets, cost control, and budget adherence, to drive profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation standards, and timely service.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct regular staff performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume or fine-dining setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) and local labor laws.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
