Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers with inquiries, product selections, and purchases.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and digital payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space, including stocking shelves and rotating products.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tracking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Promote current sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to applyâno prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
