Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including restocking products.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, labeling, and rotating stock.
- Promote current sales, special offers, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required.
