Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with inquiries about accessories and mobile phones.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail counter and display area.
- Assist customers in selecting products, explaining features, and offering recommendations based on their needs.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report low stock to the management team.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and related technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
