Responsibility
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Open and close the tenant according to schedule, ensuring all systems and displays are ready for business.
- Prepare and present products attractively, including stocking, labeling, and maintaining inventory.
- Handle cash and card payments, reconcile daily sales, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist in packaging, wrapping, or bagging customer purchases with care and attention to detail.
- Monitor tenant cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (shift: 09:00–23:00 WIB).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (e.g., products, supplies).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and passion for delivering exceptional service.
