Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the restaurant floor team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure availability and functionality.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events and special occasions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
