Responsibility
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, to offer expert recommendations.
- Set up, clean, and reset tables and dining areas to maintain a pristine and inviting atmosphere.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with restaurant policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant (preferred but not required).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, French) are a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to support colleagues and enhance service quality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant’s operating hours.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance in line with brand standards.
