Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the food service team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Train and mentor new and existing staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and company policies.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for dining essentials, including tableware and condiments.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in scheduling shifts and managing staff attendance to meet operational needs.
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations and reports.
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting is a plus.
