Responsibility
- For Cooks: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- For Bakers: Bake fresh bread, pastries, and desserts while maintaining consistency in taste and appearance.
- For Baristas: Craft and serve premium coffee and beverage offerings with attention to detail and speed.
- For Waiters/Waitresses: Provide attentive, friendly service, taking orders accurately and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- For Cashiers: Handle transactions efficiently, manage POS systems, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar F&B role (e.g., cooking, baking, barista, or customer service).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (certification is a plus).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- For Baristas: Familiarity with espresso machines and coffee brewing techniques.
