Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to prevent shortages.
- Develop and recommend new cocktail recipes to enhance the menu offerings.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination.
- Uphold resort policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, hotel, or resort.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is preferred.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
