Responsibility

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, forecasting, and inventory control in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine pairings, and customer relationship management.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
