Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in alignment with local and international standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve escalations with professionalism and discretion.
- Drive marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance restaurant visibility and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, forecasting, and inventory control in a high-volume setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine pairings, and customer relationship management.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservation platforms, and hospitality management software.
