Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service delivery during peak and off-peak hours.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee inventory management for FOH supplies, including tableware, linens, and condiments, to minimize waste and control costs.
- Assist in developing and implementing service protocols, staff schedules, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including local regulations and company policies.
- Represent the restaurant during events, private functions, and VIP guest visits to uphold the brandâs reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, including POS systems, reservation management, and service flow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and a guest-first mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management (e.g., ServSafe, WSET) is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
