Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service delivery during peak and off-peak hours.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders to maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and timely order fulfillment.
  • Oversee inventory management for FOH supplies, including tableware, linens, and condiments, to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing service protocols, staff schedules, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including local regulations and company policies.
  • Represent the restaurant during events, private functions, and VIP guest visits to uphold the brand’s reputation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong understanding of front-of-house operations, including POS systems, reservation management, and service flow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and a guest-first mindset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Certification in food safety or hospitality management (e.g., ServSafe, WSET) is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
