Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, professional, and prompt service to all customers.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to company policies, including security and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for customer service.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items (up to 10 kg).
