Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring all financial records are accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Assist in stocking, rotating, and displaying fresh produce to ensure quality and freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Uphold company policies, including hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., fruit boxes).
