Responsibility
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Assist in inventory tracking and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or in a similar retail/hospitality role.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle cash responsibly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and foreign currency handling is a plus.
