Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients warmly and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area in alignment with brand standards.
- Reconcile daily cash registers, ensuring all transactions are balanced and documented.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with diplomacy and in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in luxury or high-end retail.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, inventory software).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays, to meet business needs.
- High integrity and trustworthiness, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in financial transactions.
