Based in one of Bali’s most vibrant locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll work in a modern, customer-centric setting where your attention to detail and enthusiasm for luxury products will shine.
Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining strict cash-handling procedures.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure inventory accuracy and restocking needs.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Uphold company policies, including sales targets, security, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing retail role (luxury/beauty industry preferred).
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for beauty, wellness, or retail with a customer-first mindset.
- High integrity, professionalism, and a team-player attitude.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting is advantageous.
