Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring proper change and receipts are provided.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning items and verifying prices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling, security, and loss prevention.
- Upsell products and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
