Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll collaborate with retail partners to implement training programs, monitor performance, and provide actionable feedback. This role is ideal for a passionate, results-driven professional with a flair for communication and a deep understanding of the retail landscape.

Responsibility
- Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for retail staff on home appliance features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Develop and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital resources tailored to different audience levels.
- Monitor and evaluate retail team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve sales techniques.
- Collaborate with brand managers and retail partners to align training objectives with sales targets and promotional campaigns.
- Organize and lead product demonstration events to engage customers and boost in-store conversions.
- Gather and analyze market and competitor insights to refine training strategies and address knowledge gaps.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and retail policies across all training activities.
- Track and report training effectiveness using KPIs such as sales uplift, staff engagement, and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail training, sales, or a related field, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful training programs and improving retail performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities with a passion for developing others.
- Deep understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and training software (e.g., LMS platforms).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
