Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the pharmacy counter, assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and securely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pharmacy section, ensuring products are displayed attractively and inventory is replenished.
- Assist in managing pharmacy inventory, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock to ensure freshness and compliance with regulations.
- Provide basic information about over-the-counter medications, health supplements, and beauty products to customers.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
- Participate in promotional activities and sales initiatives to drive customer engagement and meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in pharmacy or retail is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or pharmacy operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy products, health supplements, or beauty items is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail, especially when handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the store schedule.
