As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability, optimizing shelf space, and executing promotional strategies to boost sales. You will work closely with retail partners, analyze market trends, and provide insights to improve product performance. Based in the picturesque locations of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this role offers a competitive salary of RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, merchandising strategies, and product displays to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align merchandising efforts with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess inventory levels, product placement, and compliance with merchandising standards.
- Provide training and support to retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail guidelines, and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or retail operations, preferably in the FMCG or consumer products industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and work flexible hours as needed.
