Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Balance the cash register at the start and end of each shift, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Uphold company standards for hygiene, safety, and customer interaction at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier or retail experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic arithmetic skills to handle transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations (training provided).
- High level of integrity and attention to detail, especially when handling cash and sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
