Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Assist in inventory management, such as scanning items and verifying prices.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for handling transactions and change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
