Responsibility

  • Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.

  • Balance cash drawers at the start and end of each shift, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies as needed.
  • Assist in inventory management, such as scanning items and verifying prices.
  • Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
  • Strong numerical and basic math skills for handling transactions and change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
