Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile daily sales records with precision.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a problem-solving approach.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including cash reconciliation and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
- Uphold company policies regarding payment processing, discounts, and refunds.
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues with transactions to management promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer service role (retail experience is a plus).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
