Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout counter.
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them to relevant sections of the store.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Operate POS systems and other retail technology with confidence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.
