Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, professional, and prompt service to all guests.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell café and retail products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Adhere to company policies, including hygiene, safety, and cash-handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
