Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized checkout area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions or loyalty programs.
- Follow company policies on refunds, exchanges, and discounts.
- Report any discrepancies or technical issues with payment systems to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
