Based in Kuta, Badung, you’ll be at the heart of Bali’s bustling retail and tourism hub, working with cutting-edge fashion brands and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric industry. Whether you’re a recent graduate or a career changer, this role offers a clear progression path to store management and beyond.
Responsibility
- Complete a structured training program covering retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and visual merchandising.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Support the store manager in team supervision, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Monitor sales targets and contribute to strategic initiatives to improve store performance.
- Conduct product knowledge training for new staff and ensure team adherence to brand standards.
- Assist in inventory control, including stock takes, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities to boost foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
- Passion for fashion and retail with a keen eye for trends and customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, Excel, email) and willingness to learn new tools.
- Team player mindset with leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to commit to a full-time, 5-day work week in Kuta, Badung.
