Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Process and fulfill eCommerce orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or eCommerce is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
