Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting patrons warmly and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Balance the cash register at the start and end of each shift, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, presentable store environment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Promote current sales, loyalty programs, and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Report any discrepancies, technical issues, or customer feedback to the store manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items (up to 10 kg).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems (training provided).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to work in assigned Bali locations (transportation support may be available).
