With at least 1 year of cashier experience, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding service to our diverse clientele in Bali’s most dynamic areas, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a problem-solving approach.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Assist in inventory management, such as scanning items, verifying prices, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security and loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or in a similar retail role.
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management is advantageous.
