Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining cash drawer accuracy.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures for sales and returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
