Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand DKT’s presence in the GT (General Trade) channel across Bali, focusing on high-potential areas like Denpasar, Canggu, and Ubud.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization within the retail sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and wholesalers to ensure product availability, visibility, and promotional support.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
- Monitor and evaluate channel performance using KPIs such as sales volume, market share, and distribution coverage, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Train and mentor field sales teams to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all channel operations.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Public Health or Social Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, channel management, or trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies in a competitive retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, sales reports, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Experience with sales analytics software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of local Balinese dialects is a bonus.
