Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Provide friendly, efficient service, greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring products are neatly displayed.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
- Promote store loyalty programs and special offers to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate transaction handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
