Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across all retail locations
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction, sales conversion rates, and inventory turnover
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service standards
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of retail staff, conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching
- Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and merchandising to optimize product availability and presentation
- Handle customer escalations and ensure resolution of complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory or assistant manager role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+ staff members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Solid understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience with inventory management and merchandising techniques
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and retail management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required by retail operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
