Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns professionally.
- Manage and reconcile daily cash registers, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock monitoring, product ordering, and restocking to maintain optimal levels.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth store operations and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or technical issues to management promptly for resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail, cashier, or customer service role (preferably in direct selling or consumer products).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail operations, including product ordering, payment processing, and inventory control.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
