Responsibility
- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring alignment with company policies, sales targets, and customer service standards.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock of eyewear, lenses, and accessories.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, hygiene standards, and company protocols for optical product handling and customer consultations.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and operational efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and long-term satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, including sales metrics, expenses, and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Optical or retail management experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a retail management role, preferably in the optical, fashion, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, team members, and corporate stakeholders.
- Sales-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a competitive retail environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building brand loyalty.
