Responsibility
- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations, particularly for our EVFMX product line.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
