Responsibility
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering financial products and services.
- Maintain cash drawers and ensure all transactions are balanced at the end of each shift.
- Assist customers with account openings, closures, and updates, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Promote bank products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards, to meet sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-money laundering policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in banking or finance is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or banking is preferred but not required.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software are advantageous.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
