Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and guiding customers through their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing and organized retail environment.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and effective upselling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and inventory management.

Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service experience is a plus.
