Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting clients with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of outdoor gear, apparel, and accessories to guide customer decisions.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, including product displays and inventory organization.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Assist in stock management, including receiving, tagging, and restocking merchandise.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (preferably in outdoor or lifestyle brands).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Passion for outdoor activities, adventure gear, or lifestyle products is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail or sales are advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a bonus.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
