Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays according to company standards
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory accuracy
- Promote sales and special offers to meet store targets
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist in receiving and organizing new shipments
- Follow safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
