Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves and restocking inventory.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and labeling new merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and courteously.
- Promote sales and special offers to drive customer engagement and boost store revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve store targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift, and move products as needed.
