Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections and solutions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including cash and digital payments.
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
