Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising shoppers on product selections.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are easily accessible.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking, labeling, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in compliance with company policies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move products (up to 15 kg).
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required.
