Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections and DIY solutions.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling, credit/debit payments, and receipt issuance.
- Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are neatly arranged and priced correctly.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock checks, and reporting low stock levels to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring resolution in line with company policies.
- Promote sales and upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products, promotions, and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with home improvement products or a willingness to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is advantageous for serving diverse customers.
