Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers and addressing their needs professionally.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to offer expert recommendations and drive sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the retail floor is clean, organized, and merchandise is attractively displayed.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and assisting with stock takes.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and potential returns with a helpful and solution-oriented attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly store KPIs.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a focus on high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
