Responsibility

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments accurately.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and reporting low inventory levels.
  • Promote sales and special offers to customers, ensuring they are aware of current promotions and discounts.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Knowledge of retail products and trends is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
