Responsibility
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process customer transactions accurately and promptly.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and upsell complementary items to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain inventory by restocking shelves and ensuring products are well-organized and displayed attractively.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor store cleanliness and presentation to uphold brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Handle cash and card payments while adhering to financial and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers.
